In some cases reception can be poor causing problems with loss of signal, picture break-up or pixelating and channels not being received. If you have any of these problems  contac us.

​On Freesat there are up to 150 digital TV and radio channels to choose from. Freesat is subscription free and offers better picture and sound quality as well as interactive features when you press the red button on your remote.

Freesat is received via a satellite dish. An old or badly aligned dish can cause problems such as loss of signal, channels not being received, picture break up or pixelating.
